Careflow is a customer conversation management platform that helps businesses connect authorized messaging and social channels, manage customer conversations, support customer service teams, and operate chatbot-assisted workflows.
Careflow may provide features such as centralized inbox management, message synchronization, agent reply workflows, chatbot-assisted replies, automation support, conversation tags, notes, statuses, assignments, conversation history, reporting, and third-party platform integrations.
Careflow may integrate with platforms such as Meta/Facebook, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Messaging, Zalo Official Account, TikTok, X, Google/YouTube, LinkedIn, Telegram, and other supported business communication channels, depending on platform approval, API availability, customer configuration, and applicable platform policies.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right and proper authorization to connect any Page, Official Account, business account, channel, chatbot, form, API, or third-party platform account to Careflow.
You agree that you will not connect any account, Page, Official Account, channel, or platform that you do not own or are not authorized to manage. You are responsible for the content of messages, replies, chatbot flows, automation rules, customer support actions, and business communications created or managed through your Careflow account.
You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of Careflow complies with applicable laws and the policies of connected platforms, including Meta, Zalo, TikTok, X, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and any other applicable third-party services.
Careflow integrates with third-party platforms and APIs. Access to certain features may depend on API availability, platform approval, business verification, user permissions, platform rate limits, platform pricing, quota limits, technical restrictions, or platform policy changes.
Careflow does not own or control third-party platforms and is not responsible for their service interruptions, API changes, review decisions, permission rejections, permission revocations, pricing changes, quota limits, or policy updates.
A connected platform may approve, reject, suspend, revoke, or limit access to certain permissions or integrations at any time according to its own policies. Careflow may modify, suspend, or remove certain integration features if required by third-party platform policies, technical changes, legal requirements, or security concerns.
Careflow may collect, process, organize, store, and display customer conversation data, channel information, user identifiers, customer profile information provided by connected platforms, message content, conversation metadata, chatbot interaction data, tags, notes, assignment data, reporting data, technical logs, and other information necessary to provide customer conversation management services.
When you connect Meta/Facebook, Instagram, Zalo, TikTok, X, Google/YouTube, LinkedIn, or other third-party services to Careflow, you acknowledge that certain permissions, approvals, authorizations, or API limitations may apply. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of connected platform integrations complies with applicable platform terms, developer policies, and laws.
Careflow only accesses connected platform data after permission has been granted by the business owner, administrator, or authorized user through the official authorization flow or approved API configuration. Careflow does not sell connected platform data or use it for unrelated or unauthorized purposes.
You agree to use Careflow only for lawful, authorized, and legitimate business purposes related to customer conversation management, customer support, chatbot assistance, workflow operation, reporting, and related business communication activities.
You may not use Careflow to send spam or unsolicited messages, conduct phishing or fraudulent activities, collect data without proper authorization, impersonate another person or business, violate privacy laws or platform policies, distribute malicious content, interfere with platform operations, bypass security controls, or use connected platform data for unauthorized advertising, profiling, resale, or unrelated purposes.
Careflow may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe that your account is being used in violation of these Terms, applicable laws, security requirements, or third-party platform policies.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your Careflow account. You should only grant access to authorized team members who need access to perform legitimate business functions.
You agree to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, misuse of your account, compromised credentials, or any security issue related to your use of Careflow.
Careflow, including its software, systems, source code, databases, interfaces, designs, trademarks, branding, graphics, documentation, workflows, and platform functionality, is owned by or licensed to Careflow or its operators and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use Careflow solely for authorized business purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, resell, reverse engineer, exploit, or otherwise use any part of Careflow without prior written authorization.
Your use of Careflow is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how Careflow collects, uses, stores, shares, protects, and deletes information when you use the platform and connect third-party services.
By using Careflow, you agree to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
Careflow may suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate access to the platform or any related services at any time if you violate these Terms of Service, violate applicable laws or regulations, violate third-party platform policies, create security or operational risk, misuse platform functionality, or if such action is required for legal, regulatory, platform compliance, or security purposes.

Careflow is not responsible for service interruptions, API changes, quota changes, pricing changes, policy updates, permission limitations, or review decisions made by Meta, Zalo, TikTok, X, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, or any other third-party platform.
Users agree that their use of Careflow is at their own risk and that Careflow’s total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for use of the platform during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
